 Who is eligible for a ‘Smile’?Any youngster between 5 and 17 who is struggling with a problem of some sort who lives in any of the areas we cover. They might be a young carer or are having a tough time at home or school. It can be a child who has made you so proud because they face the day with a smile despite the problems they are having or have overcome.
Who can nominate a child?
Mums. Dads, aunties, uncles, grandparents………..
Professional support workers, health visitors, social workers, teachers, friends, neighbours……………
How do you nominate?
It’s very simple. Contact us and we will send you an application form. When we receive the form we will consider the application and then be in touch!
