Jay-Em Studios based in Chorley held two concerts at the Charter Theatre in Preston on July 5th and July 6th.  The concerts supported two charities - one of which was Miles of Smiles.

It was a wonderful evening packed with colour, energy and talent.  Dancers ranging in age from tiny tots who forgot what they were meant to do to the not quite so young.  From the moment the curtain rose the audience were not given time to blink between performances. The interval came after seventeen different acts.

We were invited to say a few words about Miles of Smiles just before the second half of the show.  Karen took to the stage followed very bravely by James (Bamber Bridge FC Mascot) Knell and Jack (Blackpool Pleasure Beach) Hall who helped her out.  Both young lads told a little about why they were chosen for a 'smile' and what they chose.

The second half was a magnificent as the first half.  A true gem of a show that made everyone smile.
